Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track your package through the following methods:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased products comply with their local import regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, refused, or confiscated due to local import restrictions.
Customs Clearance & Returned Shipments
The customer is responsible for cooperating with customs clearance and providing any documents or information required by the customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a shipment is delayed, refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer fails to:
- cooperate with customs clearance,
- provide the required documents or information,
- pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees,
- or accept the shipment,
the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, and any other costs incurred.
If the returned shipment is received by us in good condition, we will issue a refund for the product value only after deducting:
- the original shipping cost (if applicable),
- return shipping charges,
- customs duties and clearance fees,
- storage fees,
- and any other related expenses.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the shipment cannot be returned to us because it is destroyed, abandoned, or confiscated by customs or the carrier, no refund will be issued.

Lost / Damaged Shipments
If you experience any of the following issues with your shipment, please contact us promptly:

Lost Package: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Product: If your product is damaged during transit, please email us at service@vrriisshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
