Return Policy 

30-Day Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unmodified, and in fully functional condition

  • No physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of wear

  • All original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging must be included

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, malfunctions, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For electronics, we recommend testing basic functionality within 7 days of receipt.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following electronic items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by any third party

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or water/liquid damage

  • Items missing serial numbers or with damaged warranty stickers (if applicable)

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or activated licenses

  • Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
For defective or malfunctioning items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unused, in fully functional condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (including testing of functionality), we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
